Bulky items must be able to fit in the Trashout Pickup Carts or be able to be handled by your designated Pick Up person with minimum effort or strain. No bed frames, couches, love seats, electrical appliances or extremely heavy appliances or items.
Regarding your complimentary trash can cleaning: Trash cans will be taken outside of your unit to be pressure washed and dried off before returning it to you. We can suggest which day of the month will be good for a cleaning but feel free to request a specific day within the month for the cleaning yourself. Complimentary cleanings are limited to the amount offered with your particular subscription and they do not rollover into the next month if they weren’t used within your active cycle.
