By occasional we mean maybe once or twice in a month when it comes to helping you take out bulky items. If you exceed this amount within your monthly cycle we will charge an extra fee of $20 on your next billing cycle per bulky item pick up that exceeded the amount your plan allows. Items must be able to fit in the Trashout Pickup Carts or be able to be handled by your designated Pick Up person with minimum effort or strain. No bed frames, couches, love seats, electrical appliances or extremely heavy appliances or items.
